Chapter 1: The Beginning

The Birth of the Goddess

At least a billion of years ago, there was an explosion, an explosion called the Big Bang. It was an explosion that caused the creation of me, and some other gods. There's only 2 important gods that were made, which was me, and my opposition in the future. His name was "Tenebris". He didn't do much like most of the other gods, but he'll be important in the future.

I was very young, so my powers were so weak I could barely create dust. As time went on, I went from being able to create stars with a short lifespan, then from there, I was able to create galaxies, planets, and more, and more. Tenebris, the other god, figured out how to make things but only up to planets. He couldn't move or create universes just yet. But he destroyed the other gods that were created and took their souls to get stronger. Fortunately, I was able to go far enough for him to not find me. But here, I created the stars in the void space was before. Myself alone, I created the world that spins around the sun, I alone am the Goddess of Creation. I created this earth, and I have seen it flourish as time passed. After I created parts of the universe, I created the elements of time, and space, they help me keep this world in balance. These then personified into Goddesses of their respective elements, they were my daughters and they helped me keep balance.

The Beginning of the Stars

My first creation was, of course, space itself. I started out with the stars. The stars were made from light, and light alone. They burned with heat that could melt anything that goes near. Anything that touches a star shall be burned, and not even their ashes are left. They are like lanterns, they shine in the dark and open up a path one cannot see without it. These stars would become the base of the universe, the start of the Galaxies. When these stars die they explode and I call these explosions Supernovas.

The explosion is so strong that it could shatter the space around it. I looked at my creation up above, and I thought to myself “This is… beautiful…”, but my work wasn’t done. I realised I needed to do something greater. So I decided to plan a little experiment.

Creation of the Earth

When the time came, I tried a little experiment. I wanted to create complex structures, ones that I can think and create by myself. I decided to create a planet, and from my original mind, I named it "Mercury". It was disappointing, they did nothing. I made several other planets, named it "Venus", and another named "Mars". I had my hopes up for these, but instead I sighed with disappointment.

I decided to try again one last time. So I created a planet again, I took a bunch of meteors together and made a planet. I thought of and made a life form to take care of the planet. Surprisingly, after several hundred years, these beings survived. I decided to name the planet “Earth”, after that, my daughter, "The Goddess of Life" was born, and my son, "The God of Fire" was also born. They are the two that make life possible on this planet. I wanted to make several other planets but lacked the energy to do so. Instead, I decided to focus on this creation, Earth. Strangely enough, Earth was the only planet I can make these life forms on, as it was the most sustainable planet for life.

Life

I’ve seen this planet’s life grow. I’ve seen plants change, I’ve seen creatures from the sea evolve into creatures of the land, they eat plants, they eat each other. I realised the potential of this and decided I should develop it. With my powers, I picked up the ashes on the ground, modelled it like clay and created a creature I called ‘Humans’.

The Goddess of Life used her powers to give them life, while the God of Fire used his powers to keep them warm, so they can function. That’s when I thought to myself “My creation is almost done.”. And so, with the last bit of ashes I had, I sprinkled it on the Earth and created more life forms and living beings, rose up the mountains and heated the deserts. Grew the forests and dug out the sea. I finished my creation.
